The Greene Countrie Towne Festival is looking for high quality products, either handmade or unique and beautiful. Artisans and crafters are highly encouraged to apply. Food booth selection will be based on affordability and menus. The Festival Committee has four classifications for vendors which are listed below.

​All vendor applications are due to our office by June 19th, 2017. All vendors please make sure you read and understand the application and the terms and conditions before submitting your application. ​Booth Requirements

​The overall appearance and presentation of your booth is critical to the overall feeling of the festival and to your retail success. We want to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience. The Festival Committee determines booth placement bases on the festival layout. Booth space is limited to a the size requested on the application and single story with a good roof that can withstand wind, rain, hail and other inclement weather. The Festival Committee recommends that all vendors come prepared for all types of weather.


The Festival Committee requires that all booths must be open during the entire festival. Your booth should be staffed with fun-loving, toe-tapping, smiling folks that enjoy the festival atmosphere. Your booth must be neat, attractive and well-maintained. You must have a professional looking sign and banners and flags are encouraged.

Each vendor is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing their own booth, merchandise and trash. Your booth must be removed and the area cleaned up before 11 pm on Sunday, July 16th, 2017.

All booths must have a usable 5 lb. fire extinguisher and all food booths must have a usable 11 lb. fire extinguisher both must have a valid inspection tag.


Craft Vendors

​The 2017 Greene Countrie Towne Festival Juried Craft show will be held Friday July 14th, 2017  from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m., Saturday July 15th, 2017  from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sunday July 16th, 2017  from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in downtown Greenfield, Ohio. The show is part of the Festival, which runs from Friday through Sunday. The Greene Countrie Towne Festival is filled with live music, dancing, demonstrations, children’s activities, and the juried craft show. 


​​Juried Craft Show Rules

​* Pre-manufactured and imported crafts will NOT be considered.

​* Selections will be made by information listed on the application.

​* All vendor fees are due and payable upon notification of successful jury selection.

​* Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

​* The Greene Countrie Towne Festival reserves the right to use photos and descriptions of vendors’ work provided in the application to enhance advertising and publications.
* Print images submitted to the jury will not be returned.


Lodging

​Various forms of lodging are available throughout the area and at various prices. Lodging sells out quickly so please book early! Camping is an option too, at two of our State Parks located within 20 minutes of the festival!
