Are you interested in traveling Ohio, representing the Greene Countrie Towne Festival while meeting lots of new friends? Earning a college scholarship & other prizes? If yes, you may want to enter the Miss Greene Countrie Towne Queen Pageant!
The pageant is open to girl’s ages 14 – 19, is at least a High School Freshman and resides in one of the following School Districts: McClain, Adena, Leesburg, Hillsboro, Paint Valley, Bright Local, Washington CH & Miami Trace. Miss Greene Countrie Towne and her Court will be required to participate in many events during the Greene Countrie Towne Festival and be available to Rotary members for various announcements and events. Throughout the reigning year, the Queen is required to attend at least 10 festivals to promote her festival, 3 local parades and various Rotary and community events. Her court may also be asked to attend various local parades and festivals determined by the Greenfield Women's Queen Association.
The Queen and her court will travel many weekends while enjoying luncheons, parades, tours & entertainment, while visiting various festivals and events throughout Ohio, promoting the Greene Countrie Towne Festival and community. They may be asked to speak at various events and may be interviewed by local media. Royalty will host a luncheon and queen's parade, the Saturday of the festival, open to visiting royalty from other festivals, fairs, and events, bidding farewell wishes to the outgoing queen.
